Have you missed me? I have missed this! It is hard to believe it is already 2012. 2011 was full of ups and downs, but thankfully for our family we survived.
In 2011 we celebrated our love by getting married and having a quiet ceremony in our back yard (after having half a huge wedding planned.. then canceled) the kids grew they are now 8.5,7,4.5 and 15 months. I have made new friends and rekindled old friendships, taught myself how to sew, thrown some good parties and some bad ( there may or may not have been a hospital visit for Doodle during Picky's party). We survived hurricanes, an earthquake, nasty fights and summer break. I was arrested ( I misplaced a subpoena and forgot I had a court date) and my sister lost the boys in the mall the Thursday before Christmas. We have laughed and we have cried, been proud parents , we have held each other in sadness and in happiness. We have all grown so much over this year and I want to take a moment to say how proud I am of myself, David and the kids. You make my life a happier and more interesting place. I love you with all my heart.
I have hope for 2012 I just know it is going to be great. On top of my resolution to loose weight and continue working on improving myself , I want to update this at least once a week. I have hopes to one day turn this into a book of sorts.
